"I have been working with YCD's youth programs for two years.
In that time I have worked with about 100 youth during the school year and summers.
I enjoy working with them because I get youth from various cultural backgrounds and they must learn how to work together as a team.
This teaches them how to live in the real world that is diverse.
In the time I have been working with YCD, I have seen many changes. What remains consistent is they work with the youth to maintain a standard of excellence and engagement that matches my own."
