Aisha has been immersed in the field of human resources for non-profits in the Bay Area since 2013. Her top priority is a people-centered approach, which allows her to implement captivating practices that are grounded in her love for humanity. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UC San Diego and holds a New World of Work Certification. Additionally, Aisha is an Emotional Intelligence Ambassador and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Aisha’s commitment to motivating others and developing socially responsible leaders is evident in her work. As a coach and advisor, Aisha balances her love for both the systems and personalities that come with leading people and optimizing the efficiencies that contribute to their success.
