WHAT IS CEMVE?

CEMVe (pronounced semv-VEE) is a YCD special initiative that stands for Community Economic Mobility Vehicle. This mobile unit was specifically designed to address the needs of District 10 residents, aiming to offer accessible resources essential for fostering economic mobility and nurturing a stronger community bond. Its creation stemmed from the recognition of the necessity for resources beyond traditional brick-and-mortar setups. Hence, CEMVe was born.
