Production and preservation of affordable housing and community-centered space:

In 2014, YCD embarked on its first affordable housing development, Pacific Point, in partnership with AMCAL. This project was completed in September of 2016.

As of 2025 YCD has a pipeline of over 500 units 100% affordable rental housing. Over the last decade YCD has co-developed over 200 units, 148-units being home ownership.

YCD housing development team is committed to delivering quality, affordable housing across San Francisco, empowering residents to live, work, and thrive in their own communities.
