A proud San Francisco native born and raised in the Bayview-Hunters Point community, LeChell is passionate about serving the neighborhoods that shaped her. Her work is driven by both professional expertise and lived experience, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges many families face and the importance of equitable access to housing resources. She is committed to creating trauma-informed, client-centered programs that empower individuals and families to thrive.
