Rashieda Mumin-Jordan
Rashieda has held many roles in financial management since joining Young Community Developers as of 2023. With over 20 years' experience in finance for both for-profit and non-profit organizations, she has demonstrated the capacity to help build infrastructure through strategic decision-making efforts partnered with progressive leadership teams. Rashieda received her B.S. in Business Administration, and a M.S. in Criminal Justice and Security with emphasis in financial crime detection. Rashieda also holds a graduate certificate in Intelligence Analysis as a tool for analyzing complex situations under pressure. Rashieda is passionate about creating innovative initiatives for sustainability and growth. Her vision to implement efficient processes through effective leadership is an essential goal. Rashieda finds gratitude in engaging with the youth and community in the various roles she has held over the years.
Spare time for Rashieda includes travel, amazing food experiences, and the overall balance of a healthy life. Swimming in the ocean is one of her passions with the goal of jumping into every ocean and sea around the world. She also enjoys playing the piano and considers herself a green thumb goddess when it comes to maintenance of her many plants. Rashieda enjoys hot yoga exercise and intense infrared sauna workouts to maintain balance and stay in shape.
